We spent the right amount of time on the design process. Turned out that Karen has some design skills herself. The resulting website reflected the personality of the Mortgage Brokerage firm. It communicated well to clients.

John had the idea of streaming current mortgage rates on the home page. So we built a Flash app that pulled content from the database maintained through a web-based interface. Simple and straight-forward; eminently useful.
