Entry Notifications
The Entry Notifications bundle of the "Entry Update" and "Entry Added" extensions allows you to send notifications of newly submitted and/or updated weblog entries. Notifications can be sent to Admins and Authors, are triggered by both CP or SAEF submissions/edits, and settings are configured per weblog for even more flexibily. Additionally, Entry Added has a built in reminder feature where after X amount of days, if the entry has not yet been "approved", it will send another notification to the admin(s). Notification templates are flexible, and are created amongst regular EE templates.
Important: The use of the Entry Update extension requires that an additional extension hook be added to the cp.publish.php file of your EE install.
NOTE: This Add-On requires ExpressionEngine 1.6+, PHP 5+, and MySQL 4.1+.
