Am I allowed to download new versions of this software, if I purchased a previous one?

If so how would I do that? I try going into the “mine” section, and nothing allows me to actually download it.

I don’t have to pay every time there’s a new update do I?

Constant Contact 1.0.5

The Constant Contact extension connects to your member registration form and adds new members to your Constant Contact account when someone submits the registration form. You can pass custom fields across and you can specify one of your Constant Contact Interest Categories to add the registrant to. The extension will optionally notify you of successful and unsuccessful attempts. As well, the status of submissions are logged in your site’s CP log, available in the Admin > Utilities panel.

Missing Item IC

After trying to get a form working, at least now I’m getting errors. Can you tell me what this means?

I’m having a hard time figuring out how to use constant contact and the USER module together to allow subscription to a mailing list. can you have a look at the code and let me know your thoughts? The constant contact documentation is really really lacking. (Also, feature request, ability to select more then one mailing list with checkboxes on the signup form)

USER code works fine
Constant Contact stuff doesnt seem to work. Did I screw up with the options section? Also attached is a screenshot of my settings.

Constant Contact & Freeform

Before posting I should admit that I’ve not yet tried the CC extension, so I’m just going on the blurb that’s provided and may well be overlooking something that’s already possible. If so then great, and please ignore me.

I’m interested in the feasibility of having some Freeform forms play nice with the Contact Contact extension, i.e. for it to be possible to subscribe an individual using the details they have provided within a FF form, rather than a EE member registration page. The site in question will not directly be accepting registrations, though it is going to have a selection of different forms and I’d like to capture email addresses and send then to CC.

If this isn’t currently an option, is it likely to become one in the future? Would modifying the extension to achieve this functionality likely be a major headache?

Constant Contact and User module

Hi - I’m trying to get the Constant Contact extension to work with the Solspace User module… the Constant Contact integration works fine with regular registration, but not with the User module-based registration form. Any way to get them to play nicely together??? Thanks!

Interacting with my ConstantContact account

The documentations says, “You can pass custom fields across and you can specify one of your Constant Contact Interest Categories to add the registrant to.”

How can my EE site’s users subscribe to multiple (optional) interest codes in my CC mailing list? How would I allow my users to modify their subscriptions--do they have to log in to CC, or can I credential them at my site (without CC challenging them for credentials)? How would this work? And, can the extension register EE users in CC’s interest categories if they aren’t marked “visible” in my CC account?

For example, I have the following interest codes (lists) set up in my CC account:
- Newsletters
- Daily Digest
- Leads (marked not to display) in CC

[Constant Contact] Extend support for iContact API

I don’t know how similar or easy it would be, but as iContact also has an API and is more feature-rich (addition of timed autoresponders makes it my mailing service of choice) , it would be a fantastic addition to this module to support this API too.

Basically creating a 3rd party mailing list extension, whereby you could specify the service (Constant Contact / iContact) through an option.

Expanding Constant Contact extension to iContact?

I wondered how easy it might be (and amenable you are) to adapt this extension to use with iContact (formerly IntelliContact), as this appears much more feature-rich than the former service and also has an API available.
