I made a website with ee 1.6.1 and a few modules, member and freeform. After finishing it, I was pleased, everything worked and looks fine. Just a little finetuning left.

My client was satisfied, but when she works around the website she got a crash. She uses explorer 6.0 on a windows-machine and I don’t. So the searching for a pc with IE 6.0 started. When I found one, the same problem occurs: a crash. So I do know the problem is not the pc of my client.

I disabled all the elements of the member-module, thought it worked, but suddenly it crashed again. I don’t hope it’s freeform, but may be someone has had the same error and knows a solution.

The error is:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.3790.1830 ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.3790.1830 Offset: 0013939e

Is anyone familiar with this error? Where do I start looking…? I’ve asked the same question on the ee-forum (http://expressionengine.com/forums/viewthread/67890/) and to PieMan by email.
I’m trying to solve this for three days now and time is running out…

ijsbeer, it looks like the problem had to do with your webhost, right?

Hi Sue, it’s very possible that the move to a new server has solved the problem. Why that is and what the problem caused in the old situation is not clear. But the client is satisfied now and so am I…:)
