I installed the form and used it successfully for about 20-30 times as a stand-alone edit form. Seemingly out of the blue, the form returned several empty pages.
Symptoms
1) Entries that were edited using form helper disappeared from the weblog {exp:entries} on my regular templates.
2) Same entries that were edited using the form will be subtracted from the weblog entry count on the CP Home-page.
3) Sorting in CP -> Edit section failed. And entry status shown on CP Edit and the interface when actually editing an entry differ.
I was able to reverse the symptoms once by clearing all cache files. However, I haven’t discovered any particular reason for this behaviour nor have I been able to create a reliable way to reverse the problems that occur after using the form.
Sorry, I am a bit under pressure to finish this project. What’s bothering me most is that there doesn’t yet appear to be any pattern to the problem and, worse, no error messages.
