I’m not really sure this is a bug, but took me a bit of pondering to figure out what’s up.  Suggest tag was working fine- then client reports it’s not- just does nothing.

I look- it’s throwing a js error.  I take a look, spot the link to the js- when I paste the direct link, it takes me to the login.

I was running this off an ip addy for the backend- and using sessions only.  The link has S=0.  I flip on ‘Sessions and cookies’- and session for the generated link is still 0, but it’s back to working fine.

Not entirely sure it’s a bug per se, but figured it was worth a ‘heads up’.

Hmmm… which version of ExpressionEngine is this on?

I’ve been able to test this successfully on my end.
By No cookies on Back-End, you’re referring to using only Session ID in Control Panel Session Type?

1.6.2 EE- if it was sessions only, I just got nada when I clicked the ‘suggest tags’ button- showed a js error which I can dig up if need be.

There is one thing that might be odd about the setup- backend is running on an IP addy- frontend using the domain.  Part of why I had cookies off in the backend- I wasn’t dead sure how that would work.  But flippinng to cookies and sessions did get the js working again.  Think this was the latest build of Tag as well- updated it recently, anyway.

Which browser are you using?

I know that Tag is picky with System URL paths, so it could be an issue there
