I’ve recently moved my EE site from a testing server to its proper server but for some reason my form, (which I’m using the Freeform module for), does not seem to work. When I submit the form it all seems to work ok and I get redirected to the correct page but I never receive the email with the details I have submitted in. I can’t figure out why it would work ok on my last server but not the new one. I’ve even tried removing the Freeform module and installing it again, but still no joy.
Anyone know what it might be???

I have to say, Freeform can be a funny module sometimes… and the trickiest thing is the notifications…

Is there any chance that the emails are being marked as spam?

When Freeform worked on my last server the emails came through marked as spam, but when I try on the new server I don’t get any emails at all. It’s baffling!

I wonder though if the server is just deleting them, as opposed to “marking” them?

See if you can view or tinker with any of the Spam Filter settings
