I can’t explain why, but sometimes, I can’t drag a category overtop of / to replace an existing primary category.

I can give you a login to my site to test this, but it’s for this entry (I put it here so I can find it later)

/index.php?S=0&C;=edit&M;=edit_entry&weblog;_id=2&entry;_id=16095

I’ve tried in several different browsers with this article, and it is at least reproducible across multiple browsers: Camino 1.6, Safari 3.1.1, Firefox 2.0.0.14

Hmmm.  Firefox’s Firebug says…

$("div.cat_drag").draggable is not a function
[Break on this error] containment'document'

And safari says:

Value undefined (result of expression $("div.cat_drag").draggableis not object.

Thanks Travis…

We’re actually currently in the process of revamping the way Primary Category will work. It will be much easier to use, and will no longer be a drag & drop function. smile

I expect this update very shortly, with all other bugs fixed as well smile

Travis,

I just wanted to let you know we’ve launched a new version of Primary Category, unless you’ve noticed already LOL
