yes, using Tag 2.1.1 and GX 2.0.4.

If I upload via GX2s form and then go into the GX2 CP and attempt to add tags, when I updated I get confirmation that it has updated, but the tags block is blank and if I check the image, it still does not have any tags.

I cannot duplicate what you’ve described, however, we’re on the verge of releasing GX 2.1 very soon, and coincidently that is what I’m testing with.
I will update you when released.

Will the dynamic="off" parameter be in 2.1?  That would be beautiful!  It is crucial to what I’m trying to accomplish.

Every known issue is corrected for the new release of GX 2.1

Excellent!  This is the on of the last missing pieces of my puzzle.  I hate to ask, but any ETA?  Or, I would be happy to beta test.
