I have a form that allows users to sign up for mailing lists (up to 8 possible lists).  Is it possible to include the names of the lists the user subscribed to as part of the email notification?

This is possible with Freeform, though at the moment, there’s a known issue where the “{mailing_list}” variable is not parsing in the email.
I will notify you when this is corrected
