Following upgrade to 1.6.3, the edit entry screen for any post shows following error, with a white screen.

Notice: Undefined variable: r in [snip] /extensions/ext.primary_category_ext.php on line 400

Note that I am also getting an error with the Tag module.

I reinstalled the module and all is fine.

If, on the first time around, you had not loaded the file ‘jquery-1.2.3.js’ into the lib directory. Or if there were file permission problems with it, then I can see how you would get the error you did.

Reinstalling all the extension files after my upgrade did, indeed, take care of this problem, as well.

I now know to keep copies of modules for reinstall after upgrades.
