I an quite sure that I configured all permission right, but the result is:

You are not authorized to post ratings at this time.

Which points should I check?

There is a number of permissions to check in the preferences. Rating System Enabled? Require membership? Require email? Also, group preferences: Can this group post ratings? Does it, eg, work as a Superadmin? Are you using the latest version of both Rating and ExpressionEngine?

Okay, it was a problem of the server. I changed the server and it works now.
