2 simple requests,

1. I’d like to see a reply to field
2. Better integration with multiple mailing lists (there’s alot that can be done here, and I’m sure you folks are already planning it).

I’m probably a little late to the game here but it would be nice if Freeform could post form data as a wiki page.

Not sure if this should be part of freeform or maybe another form module. But, I wish there was a way for clients to easily create forms like in mach form

It would be awesome to be able to send emails containing sensitive data securely via public key encryption (e.g. via SMIME).

More info about email encryption via php:
http://au2.php.net/manual/en/function.openssl-pkcs7-encrypt.php

More info about SMIME:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S/MIME

This would be great for credit card details or person information.

Pretty please grin

Hey gang, here’s a few of my requests.
1. Specified recipients. I know this was in the old versions, but some non-spammy way might be doable. Yes, there are hacks. smile
2. Insert weblog:entries instead of freeform’s own table. Kind of like SAEFs, but with the contact/notify stuff that freeform has. So for your form, you’d specify a weblog, and it’d auto create the fields.
3. More field types available. Not just text/texarea. Even though we can create front end dropdowns, it’d be nice to create a dropdown field, and have it “supported”.

I know someone else has mentioned it already, but I’d like to 2nd or 3rd… or whatever number it is, the option to “not” have the form submission saved on the server, but only email out.

I would also love the option of including attachment that is also not saved on the server, but only emailed out.

Thank you for your great work!

1. Custom statuses, preferably with the ability to be changed from within the template (i.e. on the website) by clicking a link/button for each entry.
2. Export returned entries as XLS/CSV.

When’s Freeform Pro coming out?  Sounds great.

I’d love to see integration of a form per EE weblog entry.  This would be great for creating an online event or class registration form per weblog entry (namely, per class or event).

I have a client that has two requests:

1) The option to do batch status open/close changes, this enables them to keep track of which entries have been exported, then at the end of the fiscal year they can delete all entries. I image this would work just like the current batch delet functionality, but instead with a drop down that allows your to close or open their status as well.

2) Currently I’m using the CSVee plugin for this, but it would be very nice if we could export to .csv or even better, excel format.

Thanks!

I would like a form module for EE that I could post process the form data into somewhere else while staying in EE.

I want someone to fill in a request form that
0- checks the form data
1- emails a thanks
2- then creates a new user if they are
3- then adds their request to the crm db as a message
4- then shows the thanks page.

but basically a way of doing a few actions after submission and not into a contact db that is not where I would normally store contact info.

thanks

Very late here so sorry about that but was wondering if there would be any way of making a form with Freeform that allows someone to un-subscribe to a mailing-list.

Not sure if that is of course possible due to the way ExpressionEngine works but would be neat.

Best wishes,

Mark

I didn’t post, back in March, the main feature I need because I thought Stin hambo had covered it but on rereading today perhaps this might be slightly different:

Stinhambo - 17 March 2008 06:46 PM

1. Ability to define multiple recipients based on radio choice for example.

i woudl like the ability to send the form to a different email address based upon a choice in a drop down list.

Example for the Rugby club site I run (though every EE site I run could use this!):

Treasurer
Match fixtures
1st team
2nd team
3rd team
Colts
Juniors
Ladies team
Hire of the club house

Depending on the choice the email of the form will go to a different recipient to deal with.
