You should be able to use the {count} variable as a conditional, but it will be assuming that you’re ordering the entries by date in an ascending order:

hmmm, the count tag doesn’t resolve..? it just gets output as ‘{count}’

Any other feedback on this? I don’t actually see count identified as a valid tag for the rating:entries in the documentation…
