[Rating] Already Rated Conditional without invoking the rating form tag.

Basically, I’d like to have an {if already_rated} construct available for weblog entries so that I don’t have to call the rating form tags to do an {if duplicate}.

Does that make sense?

We’ve now added the following variable pairs to Rating 2.2.0:

{if not_duplicate}{/if}
{if duplicate}{/if}
