I searched on the forms and everything and couldn’t find a solution to my problem. The form will submit in EE, but will not send the email, obviously.

Code:

{exp:freeform:form form_id="employment_application" form_name="employment_application" notify="myemail@gmail.com"  template="ach_employee"}

Running EECore 1.6.1 & Freeform 2.6

Destroyer,

Have you created the template with the “short-name” called ach_employee? smile

CP Home › Modules › Freeform › Manage Templates

Click green “Create New Template” button smile

Are you positive none of the emails are being marked as spam? smile

Can you also upgrade to Freeform 2.6.5?

I checked last night, but let me check again! Nope nothing. I wouldn’t be getting that error message though if the email were just marked as spam, right? Now, what I haven’t tried is to switch the notification email address.

I will if there is a way to backup my fields, because I have 100 of them!

Oh yeah....

I misses the title of the topic… so you’re getting an error that says Notification template not available? smile

Are you absolutely possitive the template with the SHORT NAME “ach_employee” exists? smile

For the heck of it, can you try this (removing the space between notify and template as well):

{exp:freeform:form form_id="employment_application" form_name="employment_application" notify="myemail@gmail.com" template="default_template"}

I am positive that ach_employee exists because I copyed and pasted the name of it to the template.

Trying the default template right now.

Here is the screenshot. I know I haven’t done a whole lot to the template, but I just haven’t got around to it yet.

destoroyer,

Try switching Email for ACH Admin and ach_employee around LOL rasberry

Don’t worry, this is one of the most confusing things about Freeform…
We’ve actually finally updated the Custom Field entry to be more descriptive… but I don’t think we did it to the Template section… I will add to future release smile
