Hi.
The reply and from fields on my template forms is not showing the email of the person who filled in the form. It says ‘name’ in the From field and ‘email’ in the Reply -To field so I can’t just hit the reply button. See attached pic.

I actually have two problems.
1. The reply field is showing a mailserver address and not the address of the sender. How can I fix this?
2. I can only use my .mac address as ‘notify’. No other address that I have will actually send the email. I get an entry and success message on site but no delivered email.

Did you place the {name} and {email} variables in the template, or did you just use name and email?
