I’m trying to use a plugin developed by Victor Gutierrez called EntryData to pull the author_id of an entry page outside of the exp:weblog:entries tag. I’ve given this plugin a test and it does indeed produce a author_id successfully. Problem is, I can’t seem to get it working inside the ‘member_id’ parameter for User Stats.

Is there some type of setting within User or even in EE in general to get this to work? I suppose this question not only stems User, but other modules as well.

Any help is appreciated. I think I’m running way to many instances of the weblog entries tag just to output a few sparse data, so Victor’s plugin does miracles to help solve that.

You know me. Whenever I have a problem like this that looks like a variable parsing conflict I like to embed a template to get around it.
