This is sort of a follow up on this post. That thread was for a Favorite’s bug and this is for a Rating bug (or maybe it’s something I’m doing?)

For some reason, ratings/reviews are not showing on the single entry page. The rating is recorded in the database and shows on the Modules >> Ratings page, but the actual review doesn’t show up. But, the star rating does show up on the kentuckygolfing.com/courses page where I’ve got a top ten list (just not 10 reviews yet). Persimmon Ridge shows up on /courses as being reviewed and rated, but the actual review doesn’t show. I’ve renamed one of the weblog entries to a different name (since Mitchell noticed two of the same name in the database) and it still seems messed up?

Well I think anyway that this problem was in fact because of the duplicate names (just like the favorites issue was). Persimmon Ridge’s rating wasn’t showing but after further inspection, I changed the title for one of Persimmon Ridge’s entries, but forgot to manually change the url_title, so the url_title remained the same as the other causing a duplicate entry. Once I changed the url_title I was able to rate persimmon ridge just fine.

I’ll post back if I find anymore instances of weirdness, but for now I don’t think you need to investigate.
