I’ve appended to the FlickrTools plugin to add the following functionality:

1. Failover to CURL in the case that fopen is unavailable (as it is with most secure shared hosts such as Dreamhost and MediaTemple GridServer).
2. The addition of user_id to the possible parameters to allow the script to pull in a user’s latest photos as opposed to a gallery’s latest photos.

I attempted sending via the Solspace contact script, but it says it is no longer accepting communication.
