I am trying to sort the users dynamically based on the URL, just like weblog entries.

From the manual: You can also filter on category just like blog entries since you can assign members to categories now just like blog entries.

For example:

will not work altought it works in weblog entries and I have designated the word “category” as the magic workd and set EE to idetify the categories by their name instead of their ID.
