This is an odd error in Tag 2.0. A bunch of my editors were telling me that the Tag Browser and Suggest button weren’t working. No errors or anything.
Luckily, one of my writers is my sister-in-law who lives locally. I had to see for myself, and she was right. You type in the Tag Browser field and get nothing. You hit Suggest, and nothing. I didn’t know what to do, since she had Javascript enabled, so I installed the Safari 3 beta. I logged in, tried it, and it all worked! Great, or so I thought…
I logged out and had her log in. Nothing. She logged out and I logged back in, and it worked again.
I am a Super Admin, she is in a group called “Editors: Entertainment”. There is nothing I see in the group permissions that should allow/disallow Tag 2.0 usage in that particular area...but either way, this is what’s happening
