Tag suggestion not working

This was working before I upgraded to the latest build, I am pretty sure.  I can see there is tags from viewing the tag module but when I go to start typing in for tags to suggest them there is no list that drops down for me to choose from.  Have I blundered somewhere?

Hi dvancouver,

Are you sure it’s not just the JS issue, where you’re accessing your CP with a different URL than what’s in your General Configuration? smile

Same URL as in the ACP, not sure about the JS stuff, I updated as normal and then it stopped working.

When you say updated to latest build, are you referring to Tag or ExpressionEngine? Which versions/builds are you running smile
Was there anything else you updated?

Running EE 1.6.7 but I upgraded to the latest build of Tag on June 9th.

Well, looking at the JS error, it looks like it might be conflicting with “MD Character Count 1.0.4”

We do have 1 known bug that could be the issue… wink

In mcp.tag.php, around line 146, change this:

{
$this->manage_tags();
}
}

/**  End constructor */ 


to this:

{
$this->manage_tags();
}

    $this->_db_charset_switch('default');
}

/**  End constructor */

Thanks for finding out the culprit.  I have disabled the character count for now, it’s needed but this is more needed:)
