Enabled Add Entry Extension - White Screen

Everytime I enable this extension and go to settings I get a blank screen, white screen.  I can setup the entry notification fine but not the add.

When I log in, I see a 500 Internal Server Error smile

Can you try upgrading to the latest build of ExpressionEngine? smile

I am logged in right now with no problems to my CP, hmmm.  I am on EE v 1.6.7, is there a newer version?
