Maestro Pie Man,

We’re all set here.

Photo counts per category are now working.
Allow comments is being picked up.
Watermarks are working
Resizing is behaving normally.

You made a reference to override_resize. There is usually confusion about that param. People should use it when they know that their server does not have a library that supports resizing of gif images. When they say override_resize, they tell GX2 to skip the resize process for gif images.

Thank you very very much for being so patient.

All of the fixes to your copy of GX2 will be folded into the main offering at some point soon.

Yeah,

Your copy is fixed. I kept leaving off an e in the domain. Sorry for that.

Again, you’ve been extremely patient. Holler when you want a free license for something Pie Man.

If the same bugs are affecting you too, I’ll prepare an interim update for GX2. Pie Man’s bugs were a little bit off the radar, not widely experienced by other people. So I wa hoping to fold it all into a new version.

Same (?) problem here: apply_watermark and allow_comments are ignored.

dobschat,

I don’t believe the latest version with the update in it has been officially released yet.
I’ll see if I can get something to you though smile

I’m having the same issues with the allow_watermark field.  I have it in there just like you’ve got in the example, and it’s not working.  Please send over the fix if you’ve got one.

Thanks,

Doug

Hi Pieman

I’m getting same problem with pic count as you

1) Each photo I upload through the GX 2 form does NOT count itself into the Photo Count on the front end (using regular Photo Gallery code.

is it possible to get this interim update?

thanks
