I was wondering if there were any plans on updating the file upload module so the file is submitted along with SAEF.

Sites like youtube seem to have a 2 page upload process, where you fill out your form with information and when you submit it checks you filled in the form correctly, then you are taken to page two where you can browse for you image and upload it along with the form.  This way it stops users uploading an image with out a form.
