I’m using reCaptcha on a site being developed.  I currently have 2 different plugins (not active at the same time) and they both work fine.  The both use the default {captcha} tag so no changes have to be made to my markup.  But when i use captcha with User, the captcha shows up fine but I get the following error when I submit my registration form:

The form you submitted contained the following errors

A captcha image is required in order to register.

Any ideas how to fix this?

thall,

Is this only happening with the reCaptcha installed? Does it give that error with the regular EE Captcha? smile

yes…it’s only with reCaptcha.  I tried two different plugins and I get the same error with both.  Works fine with the normal EE captcha.

thall,

Unfortunately, we can’t always be responsible for making other 3rd party addons work with our software. In this case, it may actually require that reCaptcha needs to be adjusted to accomodate the User module, etc. smile

Understood.  I was just checking to see if this was some known issue.  Just a shot in the dark, does Solspace have any plans for a reCaptcha module that you’re able to divulge?

Sorry, it’s not on our roadmaps at this point, but I do have it listed as a feature request. smile
