One of the very few limitations I#ve found with EE is that the Communicate module does not support attachments.
Is it possible to use Freeform [which does allow attachments] to send the Notify email to an EE mailing list ?

I’m sorry. What you’re looking for is outside the bounds of what Freeform can do for you. That is, unless you password protect it and use it to send emails to a Mailman list or something like that.
