Not sure if I’ve used the correct terminology but I thought it would be cool if the list of favorites could
be then inserted onto another blog.

Take a look at how the ‘save’ feature on Uncrate works. You create
an account, save the posts as favourites. You can then select how many you want displayed and
create a snippet of code which can then be cut and paste onto another website.
