Morning! I’ve created a custom member group with restricted privs (I just can’t spell the full version of that word), and we need to have freeform as a tab on the main menu. I’ve accomplished this by going to freeform in modules, then adding tab. All cool. However, the user still gets an ‘unauthorised’ message when they try to access it.

Module access to freeform is on for this group, I would have thought that would sort it - is there a need for anything else?

EDIT: Didn’t notice that part in your post.... but just to confirm, you’ve done this? smile

CP Home › Admin › Members and Groups › Member Groups › Edit Member Group › [ The Member Group ]

Then click Module Access Privileges
Can access module:  Freeform - YES

Doesnt that give them access to the modules tab though? I don’t want that on their menu.

Ok, thanks. They’ll just have to make do - though it would be good if just allowing access to the module worked....!
