Instructions

After downloading the latest version of the add-on, unzip the download file and follow these instructions…

1. Copy Add-on Files

• Copy the directory named ‘gallery_extended’ into your ./system/modules/ folder.
• Copy the file named ‘ext.gallery_extended_ext.php’ into your ./system/extensions/ folder.
• Copy the language files in the ‘language/english’ folder into your site’s ./system/language/english/ folder.
• Copy the file named ‘gx.js’ into your ./system/lib/ folder.
• Copy the directory named ‘gallery_extended_themes’ into your ./themes/ folder.

2. Installing the Add-On

• Go to the Modules tab in the ExpressionEngine Control Panel, find “Gallery Extended” in the list, and click “Install”

3. Configuring

• Be sure that you have the native EE Photo Gallery module installed and fully configured.
• For instructions on configurating the native EE Photo Gallery module, please read the Photo Gallery Module Installation and Configuration documentation.
